1.REFUND AND CANCELLATION:

We follow a no-refund policy. Once the payment has made, it cannot be refunded. All orders are final, and any dispute or cancellation will be resolved at our sole discretion. Please note that payment made for subscription to our services is non-refundable and non-cancellable.

By making a payment, the user acknowledges, represents and warrants that the user has read and understood our Terms of Use and Privacy policy available on the website. Except as set forth in these Terms of Use or as required by law, all Payment Transactions processed through the Service are non-refundable and non-reversible by Buyer through the Service.

Kindly note RA may suspend or terminate rendering of research services to client on account of suspension / cancellation of registration of RA by SEBI and shall refund the residual amount to the client. And in this case refund will be issued within 30 days from the date of suspension of certification.

In case of suspension of certificate of registration of the RA for more than 60 (sixty) days or cancellation of the RA registration , RA  shall refund the fees , on a pro rata basis for the period from the effective date of cancellation / suspension to end of the subscription period. And in this case refund will be issued within 30 days from the date of suspension of certification.

We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion. If we issue a refund or credit, we are under no obligation to issue the same or similar refund in the future. Subscription charges, offers, and promotions are subject to change. The price in effect and the terms and conditions for your specific order at the time of placing your order will be applicable to your order.

Stock Recommendations are based on our research and analysis of the current market situation. Investments are subject to market risk and fluctuations. Rohit Mehta and its team members are not responsible for any capital losses if incurred. And no refund will be provided in this case.

We always work for customer satisfaction, in case of any dispute or doubt you are always encouraged to contact us for clarity.

  Subscription Guidelines As per SEBI Guidelines, Client is mandatorily required to provide PAN and/or Adhaar Card and follow KYC process and provide the required details to complete the subscription process. Failure to which will result in termination of subscription and in this case no refund will be provided and any dispute or cancellation will be resolved at our sole discretion.

2.Delivery Policy

• All the services provided by Rohit Mehta (Billion Dreamz) will be delivered either through SMS/ Whatsapp or through email to the subscriber.
• Rohit Mehta (Billion Dreamz) does not guarantee any accuracy of generation, databases, delivery timings etc. while giving this facility. Depending on
  your location, service provider, medium of communication and delivery, the service may be at times slow or not there at all.
• You are responsible for handling your account , we only provide the stocks research with a buy and sell recommendation. We do not ask for your account details.

By making a payment for services to our website, you acknowledge that you have read and agreed to all Terms and Conditions, Disclaimers and No Refund and No Cancellation Policy.

For enjoying uninterrupted services, customers are responsible for the timely payment of the renewal fee.

The refund policy shall be read in conjunction with the Terms and Conditions.

Opting to our services by making payment implies that you acknowledge accepting our No Refund and No Cancellation Policy.

You are also advised to renew the package on or before the last service date for uninterrupted services.
