1. Refund and Cancellation Policy

We follow a strict No Refund and No Cancellation Policy.

Once a payment has been made, it cannot be refunded. All orders are final, and any dispute or cancellation shall be resolved at our sole discretion. Payments made for subscriptions to our services are non-refundable and non-cancellable.

By making a payment, the user acknowledges, represents, and warrants that they have read and understood our Terms of Use and Privacy Policy available on the website.

Except as set forth in these Terms of Use or as required by law, all payment transactions processed through the service are non-refundable and non-reversible by the buyer through the service.

SEBI-Related Refund Provisions

Suspension or Cancellation of Registration

The Research Analyst (RA) may suspend or terminate research services to clients due to suspension or cancellation of registration by SEBI. In such cases:

• The residual subscription amount shall be refunded to the client.

• Refunds will be processed within 30 days from the date of suspension or cancellation.

Suspension Exceeding 60 Days

If the certificate of registration of the RA is suspended for more than 60 (sixty) days or cancelled:

• Fees shall be refunded on a pro-rata basis.

• The refund period shall be calculated from the effective date of suspension or cancellation until the end of the subscription period.

• Refunds will be issued within 30 days from the date of suspension or cancellation.

Discretionary Refunds

We reserve the right to issue refunds or credits at our sole discretion.

If a refund or credit is granted, we are under no obligation to provide the same or a similar refund in the future.

Subscription charges, offers, and promotions are subject to change. The pricing and terms applicable at the time of placing an order shall govern that order.

Market Risk Disclaimer

Stock recommendations are based on our research and analysis of prevailing market conditions.

Investments are subject to market risks and fluctuations. Rohit Mehta and team members shall not be responsible for any capital losses incurred by clients.

No refund shall be provided on account of investment losses.

Customer Support

We are committed to customer satisfaction. In case of any dispute, concern, or clarification, clients are encouraged to contact us directly.

Subscription Guidelines

As per SEBI guidelines, clients are required to:

• Provide PAN and/or Aadhaar Card details.

• Complete the KYC process.

• Submit all required information to complete the subscription process.

Failure to comply with these requirements may result in termination of the subscription.

In such cases:

• No refund shall be provided.

• Any dispute or cancellation shall be resolved at our sole discretion.

Depending on location, telecom service provider, internet availability, and communication medium, services may occasionally be delayed or unavailable.

Client Responsibility

Clients are solely responsible for managing and operating their own trading and investment accounts.

We only provide stock research and buy/sell recommendations.

We do not request:

• Trading account credentials

• Demat account credentials

• Banking passwords or account access
